Greetings from Franciscan Prayer Centre

Dear Friends,

Peace!   After taking part in the Parade in Galway on St. Patrick’s Day I drove down to Killarney to our beautiful ‘Prayer Centre’ here in the Kingdom.

For the last couple of days I’ve been blessed while accompanying people on their ‘Spiritual Journey’.   Some refer to this ministry as ‘Spiritual Direction’ but whatever it’s called this accompaniment is thepicture 048.jpg work of the ‘Holy Spirit’.   All I can do is ‘listen’ and encourage people to be open to the Holy Spirit working in their lives.

Tomorrow, please God  I go back to Galway and then on Sunday I hope to facilitate a ‘Day of Renewal’ with the Secular Franciscans in Multyfarnham, Co Westmeath.   Next week will be busy too and I particularly look forward to being present at the ‘Open Day’ at the Institute of Technology in Sligo.   Please remember me in your prayers as I move around from place to place.

Franciscan life is interesting with the ministries many and varied.   If you think you’d like a challenge and are interested in living a Gospel way of life by following St. Francis of Assisi I encourage you to e.mail me.   That will be another step on your spiritual journey.   Perhaps it will be the answer to many of your prayers.

God bless you,

Fraternally,

Pat                                         brpatofm@hotmail.com
