Franciscan John O’Brien, OFM, Athlone fraternity, launched his latest book, Therese and the Little Way of Love and Healing, at the Shamrock Lodge Hotel, Athlone, on Sunday 28 April.
The Minister Provincial, Hugh McKenna, spoke at the launch which some 100 people attended.
The book, which explains St Therese’s Little Way, is dedicated to assistant rugby coach with Wales Shaun Edwards who has helped Fr John on his own journey of healing and recovery after he was diagnosed with cancer two and a half years ago. Shaun was at the book launch.
The book can be purchased from the Franciscan Friary, Athlone.
