Saturday 22 February (10am – 2pm) Living in the Seasons with Sinead Grimes.

This morning will bring our awareness to our oneness with the seasons and the healing cycle nature has to offer us. The seasons invite us to honour the earth out of which new life germinates, sprouts, blossoms, grows and dies. The moods and atmosphere of our inner self reflect the characteristic outer space of the season we are in. When we live and nourish ourselves with the season we feel a balance and a peace. This is a morning of reflection, inspiration and healing. Spring – Season of Birthing:

in the hearts springtime the inner self awakens. Seeds of growth germinate and sprout, visions, dreams and yearnings for the future unfold
